Conditions
- Our natural hand crafted dips are refrigerated. We pasteurize our product and it can go 2 days out of the fridge. (Like all food products, this time frame is our recommendation and you can do more days or less depending on your desire).
- Our product gets pasteurized and does great with heat. When we ship, our product is sent frozen and will arrive cool or at room temperature. Please place product in fridge and let settle overnight.
- Our dips freeze great, like edible hockey pucks. They thaw out perfectly and do not change in texture or flavor. Make some ice cubes out of them and cook em back to life.
- If your jar is hard to open, just ask yourself “If we paid you a million dollars, could you open it”? If you cannot open it, we will open it for you or swap it out at any pop up. Please do not injure yourself trying to open the jar. We understand glass can be sharp when broken so error on the side of caution when banging the glass jar.
- We always ship the freshest product. If you feel it is spoiled in anyway please take a picture of the date and your concern and send it to us. We will discuss the situation and make it right.
- We send our product via Fed Ex express 2-3 days. Some deliveries are delayed for reasons we cannot control. We apologize in advance. Do not worry, simply be patient and we will make sure your situation is addressed. When the jar arrives place product in fridge and let settle overnight before tasting.
- We try our best to send your order right away, however some packages may be delayed to avoid weekend transportation. You will be notified when your product ships.
- Our dips are top shelf and hand crafted. We only use a tiny bit of citric acid to preserve freshness. Some hairs or mold will inevitably grow on the top of the product. Before throwing away the spoiled product, please send us a picture of the product and we will make it right.
